Most people like to know something about with whom they will be working. With that in mind, here is a little bit of information about me. Born and raised in Northern California, I am a third generation Californian that chose not to make it a fourth. I fell in love with Pensacola on a visit in 1979 and made it my home in 1983.

 I started in Real Estate in 1984 and found it to be a very challenging and rewarding career. One of my major goals in life was to further my education and set an example for my three sons. I became a full time student with a major in marketing. After graduating with honors I returned to my first love, Real Estate. In 1992 I obtained certification as a Real Estate Counselor and was honored as the 1993 Pensacola Association of Realtors "Rising Star of the Year". I received my Broker's license in 2004.

 I have worked in this field for most of my adult life. Real Estate has become a major part of who I am. I specialize in single family homes sales and property management, and have over twenty four years experience in the Pensacola area market.

 Having renovated several homes, I know more about the components of a home than just the cosmetics. This combined experience gives me the ability to recognize market trends in pricing, the ability to identify potential problems, and the expertise to remedy them. My long standing professional relationships with service providers such as lenders, title companies, termite companies, surveyors, home inspectors, and contractors, aids me in providing superlative service to buyers and sellers alike.I believe strongly in enabling buyers and sellers to make informed decisions. I do this by providing honest and unbiased information upon which to base decisions.

 My approach in all I do is founded on the belief that every transaction can be a win/win situation when ethics and integrity are the foundation of negotiations between all parties.
